Welcome to Phoenix Santiago Publishing Limited (PSP), your specialist publishing house for books by black and minority ethnic (BAME) authors. It is hard to become an author if you’re not already well known, and it’s even harder to become a black author. So here at Phoenix Santiago Publishing Limited we decided to build a website that will cater for the BAME community and provide a platform to sell black authors’ books at affordable prices. PSP was set up to give BAME authors the opportunity to publish their stories and reach an audience more specific to their work. Phoenix Santiago Publishing Limited is an independent publishing house bringing the book inside of you to the people you might want to share it with. PSP believes in giving authors the opportunity to highlight their books and be visible within the publishing industry. PSP’s diverse catalogue will be rich in content and genres because we understand the differences in people and their cultures. From children’s books, to fiction and non-fiction, readers can purchase the books they enjoy. While we remain committed to giving underrepresented writers access to publishing, as a specialist BAME publisher we also offer both a traditional and self-publishing function. Every manuscript submitted is reviewed by our editorial team, after which, we would either offer a contract or decline the opportunity to publish your work. If your submission is successful, all contracts will include the publication of your book in a paperback version, and dependent on your requirements, we may also publish your book in hardback too. We have an open submissions policy which allows us to support emerging writers that have credible well-written stories but have not been given the opportunity to highlight their titles on the market. PSP is dedicated to providing a range of cultural and historical publications that will allow BAME readers to re-access their history, culture, and heritage. Additionally, Claudette Earle’s Educational Consultancy (CEEC), which is a subsidiary of Phoenix Santiago Publishing Limited (PSP), is dedicated to working with educational service providers and employers to widen opportunities and enhance learning experiences and outcomes for adult learners including apprentices through their general and bespoke services. The CEEC specialized consultation facilities are tailored to meet the unique needs of individuals seeking private tuition, colleges, training providers, employers, adult education, and voluntary organizations, primarily offering Functional Skills English and Mathematics courses, ESOL and ICT courses to improve on their performances. With a commitment to educational excellence, they offer a comprehensive suite of services designed to support the successful implementation of your curriculum, staff development in the workplace, and individuals who desire to brush up on their skills for personal development or achieve qualifications.
