CEEC are dedicated to working with educational service providers and employers to widen opportunities and enhance learning experiences and outcomes for adult learners including apprentices through our general and bespoke services.

Our specialised consultation facilities are tailored to meet the unique needs of individuals seeking private tuition, colleges, training providers, employers, adult education and voluntary organizations, primarily offering Functional Skills English and Mathematics courses, ESOL and ICT courses to improve on their performances

With a commitment to educational excellence, we offer a comprehensive suite of services designed to support the successful implementation of your curriculum, staff development in the workplace, and individuals who desire to brush up on their skills for personal development or achieve qualifications.

Educational Support
  • Curriculum organisation and implementation and its associated administration
  • Assistance with the seamless integration and rollout of your Functional Skills and other courses, ensuring they meet national standards and effectively address learner needs.
  • Course Organization – strategic planning and structuring of courses to amplify engagement, maximise funding (if applicable), accessibility to learning programmes, and learner success.
  • Staff training to successfully, imaginatively and inspiringly deliver their subjects or produce enhanced work to employers’ requirements.
  • Internal Quality Assurance – Development and enhancement of internal quality systems, including standardisation and its processes, and IQA decision making, so that you maintain the highest standards of exam boards’ requirements and teaching and learning outcomes.

  • Small group learning of no more than 4-6 so that individual attention is maximised.
  • Bespoke assistance for teachers needing to brush up on their teaching skills.
  • Online ESOL provision with qualified and experienced staff. This can be on a 1 to 1 basis or with small group of six.
  • GCSE Maths 1 to 1 Online Support
  • Assistance with University applications and entrance with ongoing support, including CVs, personal statements, interview questions and interview support

About Claudette Earle:

Educational Support

Claudette Earle is a distinguished and highly qualified educator with extensive experience teaching across primary and secondary schools, as well as the JAMAL Literacy Foundation in Jamaica. She relocated to the UK in 1980 and has since dedicated 34 years to further and adult education, serving as a teacher, assessor, Internal quality assurance lead, programme leader and programme manager for the Skills for Life Programmes, notably English and Maths, working closely with the ESOL management team.

With over 20 years of experience as a Lead Internal Verifier on various English and maths exams, where she accomplished Direct Claims Status for her organisation, in the first year of delivery, Claudette has collaborated closely with exam officers and exam boards to ensure quality standards remained high and robustly applied.

Additionally, she has spent 8 years as an External Verifier, collaborating with a team of external quality assurers on various English and Maths learning programmes. In this role, she represented exam boards in numerous educational institutions across London, aiding in the implementation of government policies to elevate national educational standards.

Among her accomplishments, Claudette has successfully organised and implemented teacher training programmes, leading, and training staff for a decade, securing accreditation for these courses. Notably, she pioneered the accreditation of learners at the Hammersmith Adult Literacy Centre and the Walk-in Numeracy Centre in White City in 1992. She also introduced the first government-approved qualification at Wormwood Scrubs prison college at the request of the Council for Racial Equality (CRE) in the early 1990s.

After 24 years of dedicated service at Hammersmith Adult Learning & Skills Service, where she worked as Programme Manager for English and maths from 2020 – 2022 successfully steering the curriculum through lockdown and reorganising the service to meet the new challenges emerging from the lockdown period, Claudette has successfully transitioned to her own educational consultancy business and has gotten off to an excellent start. In this new venture, she will continue her passion for supporting employers, staff, and students in achieving the highest educational standards.
